Villa Ocean View is located in Vista Royal, a recently developed area with larger homes and villas. It is located between the “Spanish Water”-Lagoon and the beaches of Jan Thiel. From the villa all kinds of facilities are within easy reach, some of them even walking distance. Within a few minutes you walk down to the beach as well as to various restaurants and a small supermarket. The Spanish Water Lagoon, only 5 minutes by car, offers various watersports possibilities, such as windsurfing, sailing and waterskiing.

Well known Mambo Beach, a beautiful white stretch of beach with various restaurants and bars offering sunloungers as well, are only a 10-minute drive away. Loads of other beautiful but less well known beaches can be reached within the hour.
